SHIPPING
How long does processing take?
Due to the handmade nature of each item, processing takes 2-4 weeks from order to ship date.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use a third-party shipping platform that allows us to select dynamic rates for each shipment. We generally use UPS and USPS, depending on the product and destination. We charge a $8 flat fee for domestic shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we can only ship to customers within the United States.
How do I track my order?
We will send you tracking info via email as soon as we ship your order. You'll see the same tracking information that we see.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We do our very best to keep your totes, caps and pouches secure when we send them to you. If you believe your order has been damaged, please contact us directly. We will be better able to resolve any issues if you are able to share a photo of your product's condition upon arrival.

What is your return policy?
Each product is handmade and unique, so no returns.
Can I exchange an item?
Item exchanges are on a case-by-case basis; we want you to love your order as much as we do. If you aren’t satisfied, please reach out and let us know how we can make it better.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are a small business, making products to order, so all orders are final. If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please contact us directly.
Why does the hydrangea I received look different from the one online?
Every hydrangea appliqué is handmade and one of a kind. Your piece will look similar to - but not exactly like - the photo shown.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love creating things for our customers. There is a $15 upcharge for each item with a customization.
How do I request a custom order?
Please email us directly with your custom request - we’ll need to know which products you want and what color hydrangea you would like on each. Once we have confirmed your exact order and received payment, we will start stitching.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Custom orders expect 3 - 4 weeks from order confirmation to shipping
